Our club was formed in 1938 by a group of nine Boxford women who were interested in preserving the beauty of their town's natural resources, and promoting the art of floral design.  Ruth Kelsey, daughter-in-law of Harlen P. Kelsey, was our first president, and scores of amazing women have led the club since her inagural administration.  We honor their memories by exploring their personal histories and the everyday challenges they faced.
