INAUGURAL TRADITION

The "Pete Houser Silver Bowl"

Every time a new president steps forward to guide the club, she is given a very special object to hold in her home for the duration of her tenure. An engraved silver bowl, dedicated to "Pete" Houser, a member of the Boxford Village Garden Club for over 25 years. She inspired members with her energy and effervescent personality. The bowl is engraved, "In Memory of Ethel M. "Pete" Houser. Be Enthusiastic, Be Encouraging, Be Energetic."
